Application Process
Step 1: Complete Pre-Registration Application
To begin, click on the "Pre-Register" tab or scan the QR code located in the menu section of the HEP website.
Step 2: Coordinator Interview
Within two weeks of submitting your application, a HEP coordinator will contact you to provide further instructions and guide you through the next steps.
Step 3: Eligibility Verification
The coordinator will request important documentation to verify your eligibility. Please submit all requested information promptly to avoid delays.
Step 4: Admission Examination
You will be required to take entrance-level assessments in Reading and Math, each estimated to take approximately 30 minutes.
Step 5: Orientation
Once assessments are completed, you will be scheduled for an orientation—either in person at a satellite location or online. Orientation provides important information and resources for your success.
Step 6: Placement
At orientation, you'll receive your course placement and all necessary materials to begin your classes. You'll also be equipped with important program guidance and support information.
