Eric Martinez, Internship site: Chelan Fresh (marketing intern)

Receiving support from NMSI has allowed me to actively participate in my internship which in return will give me skills to apply towards graduate school. I do not have to pick up a second job to support my living expenses this summer and for that, I am so thankful!

Katherine Martinez, Internship site: Student Research Intern with the Jewell and Arline Moss Settle Herbarium

My experience through NMSI was great. They made sure I was getting the help I needed in order to get the most out of this internship. And their financial assistance was greatly appreciate, driving every day 30-40 minutes to and from work was costly for fuel at the end of the week but that wasn’t a worry for me because of all the help!
