Services

Students will be enrolled in a minimum of 12 academic credits for both Fall and Spring semesters to ensure a smooth transition into Michigan State University.

Every student will participate in the International Engagement in Mexico (IEM), through the Office of Education Abroad that will take place in each of the four cities in Mexico.

(1) Campeche, (2) Huatulco, (3) Merida, (4) Oaxaca. This 3 credit, academic experience, has been a tradition for over 10 years at MSU. Through this program we also invite continuing CAMP students for an opportunity to serve as site leaders for leadership training.

Due to traveling abroad it is necessary for students to have a traveling passport, and/or other travel documents necessary.

MSU CAMP scholars initiative collaborates with campus faculty, student services, and community-based agencies to improve educational opportunities for migrant and seasonal farm worker students.
