Each applicant must complete an MSU HEP Application (PDF) before he/she will be considered. To request an application packet please contact the MSU HEP Recruitment Coordinator toll-free at 1-866-432-9900. Please mail the printed copy to:

To be considered, application materials must be received at least three weeks before the start of our academic period.
Spring 2016 – January 21, 2016 through May 2, 2016.
Fall 2016 – September 2, 2016 through December 5, 2016.
The recruiter and staff are available to help potential students through the application process and answer any questions regarding any aspect of our MSU HEP program.
